I got you. I know you're busy. You work hard. You want to play and exercise. You want to eat well and be healthy. All can be challenging. Cooking was never easy for me. I didn't have the time or ease and confidence of know-how. I did, however, like the ritualistic, nurturing aspect of self care. So I combined my love of healthy foods, with no rules and experimentation with what I know is good for me and I know I like, with what I want to learn more about. Sometimes we need to be able to make the best choices when we order in and when eating out and traveling. Here are recipes I either made up, discovered, or modified. I also share my go-tos for easy take home and eat out that I find around NYC. I hope to encourage and inspire others in my social media platform to do the same.
