1 CAN RINSED AND DRAINED LOW-SODIUM CANELLINI BEANS
SMALL CAN CRUSHED TOMATOES
1.5 T TOMATO PASTE
1/2 YELLOW ONION DICED
1 CUP VEGETABLE BROTH
1 T CACAO POWDER
1 T OLIVE OIL
1 CLOVE GARLIC MINCED
1 T APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
1 tsp OREGANO
1 tsp PAPRIKA
1 tsp SALT 1 tsp PEPPER
1/2 T CUMIN
1 T CHILI POWDER
1/4 tsp CAYENNE POWDER
HEAT OIL, ADD ONION, GARLIC, TOMATO PASTE, AND SPICES. ADD BEANS, CRUSHED TOMATOES, APPLE CIDER VINEGAR. ADD COOKED LENTILS. SIMMER 30-40 MINUTES
