Ingredients

Kale (big handful)

Spinach (big handful)

Parsley (handful)

Ginger root (1-2 inch chunk)

1 T almond butter

1 T ground flax seeds

1 T Hemp seeds

1 T Chia seeds

1/4 cup almond milk

1 banana

1-2 tsp Orgain plant-based superfoods + protein powder

ice

water (just a little)

 Instructions:

put it all in Nutribullet or blender and then into bowl(s)

Blueberries

Cacao Nibs
